If you are happy with our asking price, our first step is to get to know your business, brand or you as an individual. Your products/services, the competition, target market, goals and so on - we are going to be nosy about it. Therefore, we will ask you to complete a brief. This would allow us to get an idea of what you need and deliver it the way you want it.
Here, we start putting gears into place. At this stage, a mini-plan is produced, highlighting what needs to be done and by when.
Based upon what we learn from the brief, we start putting in the hard work. We make sure you get what you asked for by providing copy, concepts and/or mock-ups for you to approve. After you give us the green light, we drive off to destination execute, where we bring your ideas and vision to life.
For every major project, we analyse the outcome. We measure and evaluate how well the project went. After we have completed your work, we will reach out to you (if you don’t mind) in good time to find out how our work has affected your business. We do this to help us become better at what we do and deliver a great service.
